I gather Smarty's trainer is whinging on about collusion between the jockeys or connections of a couple of the horses that came upsides Smarty early in the race?
Apparently they "made the race difficult for Smarty" lol.
Somehow I don't think Chapman(i think thats his name) is not so "Smarty" himself.
