Charlestown Races, Charles Town, West Virginia
We tried to go over to Charlestown in Charles Town West Virginia last night to play the ponies.
It isn't a far drive from D.C.
But the rain was increidble.
There was a big thunderstorm that rolled through and we didn't want to drive through the mountains to go there.
